How to Make Lauki Juice to Lose weight


• 1 medium bowl lauki pieces peeled and cut into cubes

• 2 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander leaves

• 2 tablespoon mint leaves/pudina

• 1 very small piece of ginger peeled

• salt to taste

• ¼ teaspoon black salt

• 1 teaspoon cumin powder

• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

• 1 cup water chilled or normal

• 3-4 ice cubes

• 2 tbsp lemon juice  


• Add the bottle gourd, mint leaves, salt, black salt, coriander leaves, ginger and cumin in a juicer/ blender.

• Next, one cup of water and blend for two to three minutes.

• If the consistency is too thick, add another cup of water gradually, throw in the lemon juice and ice cubes as well and blend for 2 minutes more. Strain in individual glasses and serve chilled.
